What if I have to cancel a class?

Classes may be cancelled or transferred 48 hours prior to the date and time of class. Please email or call us with your cancellation request no later than 48 hours from the time of the class as we purchase and plan according to the specific head count on our rosters. No call/no shows will not be eligible for refunds, transfer of class or credit for a future class.

How old do you have to be to take a class?

Our classes are designed for those 10 and older. However, specific children's classes will list the respective age ranges for that specific class. Those who are under 10 years of age must have a parent or guardian present.

Can I make a terrarium without signing up for a class?

We are set up for you to make a terrarium anytime! Just drop in to make your DIY masterpiece. If you have a container, feel free to bring it in and we'll charge based upon materials used.

My plant looks sad, help! Or, I have no idea what this plant is, help!

Can I bring in a pot or plant from home to be planted?

Absolutely! You can bring in a plant or pot from home to be potted or repotted. All pots must be clean, and plants must be pest-free. We also love the challenge of unique containers. Once the project is finished, you'll be charged for material used to repot or plant.
